Monthly Weekend Clinic

With the remodel of our office, PRC is now open with a monthly weekend clinic offering low-to-no-cost women’s health care services.  Our expanded services include:

  • Prenatal care up until 5 months
  • Ultrasounds
  • Extended postpartum care for 3 months
  • Fertility awareness
  • Hormone testing and support
  • Full spectrum STI testing and treatment
  • Well-woman exams
  • Postmenopausal support
  • Reproductive loss support
  • School/sports physicals for girls
  • NFP consultations 

Offered in conjunction with Castle Rock Women’s Health Clinic (CRWH), these services are offered at no cost to low cost! Some costs may apply for prescriptions and lab work since those must be sent through outside sources for completion, but CRWH will work with our client’s insurance, Medicaid, and/or donated funding to find the lowest cost available!  

The medical clinic will be open:

  • 3rd Friday of each month 10am to 5pm
  • 3rd Saturday of each month 9am to 12pm

Medical Services FAQs

What are your hours?

Castle Rock Women’s Health offers services on the third Friday and Saturday of each month, by appointment.

Friday hours are 10-5 and Saturday hours are 9-1

Do I need an appointment?

Yes.  Castle Rock Women’s Health is by appointment. Please call to see if we have any openings during the third weekend. We sometimes have cancellations and can schedule you that day.

Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?

Yes. We have a waiting room and play room for your use. If you need to bring your child to an appointment, we have staff members on site that can offer extra help.

How much do your services cost?

We offer as many of our services as possible for free. Some of the medical services we receive grants/donations for and can help pay for services. Castle Rock Women’s Health also accepts major forms of insurance including Cigna, United Health Care, Medicaid, CHP++, Colorado Access, and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. We also work with sharing programs such as Samaritan’s Ministries, Christian Care Ministries, Medi-Share. Services that have a cost include lab work and medications. We will work with you, insurance, and our grants to keep it at the lowest cost possible. We will also help with the process for applying for Medicaid.

Do you offer prenatal care?

Yes. Castle Rock Women's Health offers prenatal care up to 20-24 weeks in pregnancy. After 24 weeks, we will provide you with at least three recommendations for providers to continue prenatal care and delivery of your choice. We also offer postpartum care for an extended three months after birth.

Do you offer testing for sexually transmitted infections?

Yes. Castle Rock Women’s Health offers a comprehensive full spectrum STI panel testing, partner testing, and treatment as indicated.

Do you offer birth control methods?

Castle Rock Women’s Health offers counseling and support through understanding fertility awareness (natural family planning/NFP). Castle Rock Women’s Health believes that understanding how your body works empowers women to make decisions about their sexual health and reproductive rights. Knowing more about your body also aids in understanding when something is out of balance with your hormones.

Do you refer/provide for abortions?

We do not offer or refer for abortions. We do offer support for those who are considering or have had an abortion.
